We have created this privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to keeping our customers informed on how their personal information will be used by us. It is our policy to not share personally identifying information with any third parties, except at the customer's request. We also seek to provide tools that allow you to better manage your personal information. Users will be notified as these tools become available.

Host Information

This information is logged by our server, and helps us to establish demographic information on our visitors and our status among other web sites. We host or may host a variety of mailing lists, fax groups, discussion groups, or other forums whereby we may communicate with our customers en-masse. You can elect to join these groups, or you may elect to discontinue your participation in these groups by submitting a request through the appropriate venue. User Accounts & Information Correction

User Accounts are set up in the Store area of our web site. Information you provide is available only to our web master, sales staff, and yourself. The customer should make corrections by logging into their account.

 

Credit Card Information

Credit Card Information is accepted at the time of sale. We do not store credit card or check information. Therefore, the information will have to be explicitly entered each time an order is placed. We will never request or accept account information by e-mail.

Purchase History Information

Information on your past purchases is typically not stored longer than one year from date of order.

Policy Changes

Any changes in this policy will take place 30 days after the changes are posted to the web site. Notification will take place within 72 hours of the change by e-mail only. It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that their e-mail address is current and up to date. We assume no responsibility for error or omissions in user information as provided to us.

Promotions and Contest

Entering a contest or participating in a promotional event may provide an exception to this policy. We may use your name and e-mail address for promotional purposes only wherein you have elected to participate in a contest or promotion. Your participation will constitute consent to such use. If at any time you request that your information not be used for such promotions, your entry will be declared invalid, and you will be ineligible to receive any prize or reward as a result of the contest or promotion.

Forums

Participation in user forums is a voluntary activity engaged in by you at your discretion. All or parts of this privacy policy shall not apply to user forums wherein you voluntarily disclose information. We may exercise editorial review over our forums, and may at our discretion delete postings or deny access to individuals that violate our policies.
