Return Policy

In order to return anything to us, you must first obtain an RMA# (Return Material Authorization #) by calling us at 480-940-5400.

We can accept unopened returns 30 days from the date of invoice. Merchandise is subject to a 20% restock fee if we are able to accept it. If an item is defective we can exchange it if we are notified within 5 days from the date of invoice. Software may not be returned.

We offer a 30-day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed, please contact Customer Service. All products returned must: be 100 percent complete and contain ALL original manufacturer boxes with the original UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
